Cargobull Service Solutions, Lda is strengthening its team and looking for a 1st Level Aftersales Support Agent, responsible for supporting customers and service partners with technical inquiries, managing aftersales cases, and ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
Your duties
Be the first point of contact for our customers and service partners in case of technical issues
Offer support in resolving technical issues via email or via telephone
Coordinate and facilitate the exchange of information between parties
Process the support cases within Schmitz Cargobull Systems
Work closely with our Service Partner Network, Cargobull Euroservice and Cargobull Telematics
Involve 2nd Level Aftersales Support when needed
Provide reports about completed cases
Give feedback regarding potential process improvements
Your profile
Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field
English language required (both spoken and written)
Additional language skills are considered an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office Programs
Previous experience in automotive or similar industries is an advantage (especially dealing with spare parts or repairs)
Analytical and structured approach
Team and cooperation skills
Reliability and commitment
Independent and result-oriented working style
Good communication skills and assertiveness
Strong customer and service orientation
