As a Back Office Support Assistant – Sales Excellence, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting sales operations across Europe. You will have the opportunity to work with different business tools, collaborate with colleagues from multiple countries, develop your analytical and communication skills, and contribute to exciting projects. If you are motivated, curious, and eager to learn, we would love to meet you!
Your duties
Ensuring the smooth operation and support of sales processes by handling requests and maintaining systems;
Daily work in SAP ERP, CRM, ticketing tools and other Schmitz Cargobull systems;
Daily communication and cooperation with international colleagues, from corporate headquarters to our sales subsidiaries;
Reporting for Subsidiaries and Management on a regular basis;
Support for project work.
Your profile
Higher education in Business, Economics or Management;
Fluent English, both written and spoken (German would be considered an advantage);
Experience in working with CRM systems is considered an advantage;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular);
High attention to detail and analytical skills;
Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills;
Flexibility in terms of support for projects, when required;
Willingness to learn and expand your expertise.
