We are recruiting a Back Office Support Assistant, with no experience, to join our team and support Schmitz Cargobull’s subsidiaries in several European countries. This professional will be responsible for ensuring sales administration tasks, process follow‑up, and communication with international teams, guaranteeing the efficient operation of daily activities.

Your duties

  • Support of Schmitz Cargobull Subsidiaries across Europe in daily sales administration of Schmitz Cargobull’s products and services:

    • New and Used Trailers;

    • Spare Parts;

    • Service Contracts (Telematics, Full Service).

  • Daily work in SAP (sales, purchasing, invoicing, administration);

  • Daily work in CRM;

  • Daily communication and cooperation with international colleagues;

  • Reporting for Subsidiaries and Management on a regular basis.

Your profile

  • Higher education in Logistics, Economics or Management (recently finished);

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken (German, Spanish, French or Italian would be considered an advantage);

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular);

  • High attention to detail and analytical skills;

  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills;

  • Flexibility in terms of support for projects, when required;

  • Willingness to learn and expand your expertise.
