Cargobull Service Solutions, Lda is strengthening its team with an After Sales Support – Assistant for Full Service Processing, who will be responsible for the complete handling of Full Service processes and for ensuring smooth communication between customers, partners, and workshops.

Your duties

  • Checking and processing of Full Service workshop repair cases in various systems (Trailer/Tyre/Cooling Unit);

  • Full Service fleet management taking into consideration the relevant contract terms;

  • Reinvoicing of costs based on Full Service contract terms;

  • Coordinate and facilitate the exchange of information between parties;

  • Enter the relevant information in the Schmitz Cargobull Systems;

  • Support customers, suppliers and internal colleagues regarding questions and issues related to the Full Service processing;

  • Provide support for contract extensions and activations when necessary;

  • Provide reports about completed cases.

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial field

  • Proficiency in MS Office Programs

  • English language required, any additional foreign language is an advantage (especially German)

  • Previous experience in trailer / trucking or similar industries is an advantage (especially dealing with spare parts)

  • Analytical and structured approach

  • Team and cooperation skills

  • Reliability and commitment

  • Independent and result-oriented working style

  • Good communication skills and assertiveness

  • Strong customer and service orientation
