What do you enjoy most about your work? 

Nezavisno od radnog mesta, uvek se nešto novo događa, da li u industrijskom ili tržišnom smislu, što će Vas navesti da se i sami razvijate i prilagođavate novim procesima na dnevnom nivou. Budite sigurni da će Vam svaki dan doneti nešto novo. 

Regardless of your position, there is always something new happening in the industry or in the market which will challenge you into learning more or adjusting the procedures at your daily work, so you can rest assured that each day will bring something new. 

What has been your highlight so far? 

Imamo priliku da se dalje usavršavamo kroz različite obuke koje nudi firma, kako na profesionalnom tako i na ličnom planu. Jedna od njih je Comepetence program, koji sam pohađao krajem 2021. god i početkom 2022. 

We have the possibility to further develop ourselves, both professionally and personally, with different training programs offered by the company. One of them is the Competence Program, which I have attended in late 2021 / early 2022. 

What makes working at Schmitz Cargobull so special?   

Timski duh je nešto što izdvaja Schmitz Cargobull, jer su kolege iz različitih sektora uvek spremne da pomognu. Hitno Vam je potrebno mesto u proizvodnji? Neko će Vam pomoći. Potrebno Vam je da preuzmete vozilo tokom vikenda? Neko će pomoći. Ne radi Vam štampač? Neko će Vam pomoći. U Schmitz Cargobull-u nikada niste ostavljeni na cedilu ukoliko imate neki problem. 

Team spirit is what sets Schmitz Cargobull apart, because the colleagues from all departments are always there to help with any issues. You urgently need a production slot? Someone can help with that. You need the trailer to be ready for pick up during the weekend? Someone can help with that. Your printer isn’t working? Someone can help with that. At Schmitz Cargobull you are never left on your own with problems!                   

What is your personal story / your path? 

Moj put je bio prilično zanimljiv – od prakse u centrali u Nemačkoj, zatim podrške prodaji za nova vozila u Srbiji, pa do SAP podrške za nova vozila u našem regionalnom Shared Service centru, a trenutno sam angažovan u jednom od najvećih projekata u okviru firme, a to je novi sistem prodaje. 

My path at Schmitz Cargobull was quite interesting – from an international intern at the HQ in Germany, to the sales support for new trailers in Serbia, to the SAP support for new trailers in our regional Shared Service Center and currently in one of the biggest projects in the company, our new sales system! 

U Schmitz Cargobull-u mi se dopada atmosfera u kojoj ljudi dele iste vizije i posvećenost istim ciljevima. Tim u kojem kolege sarađuju i međusobno se podržavaju doprinosi da misija firme bude ostvarena mnogo lakše. Tim koji ceni rad i izazovi sa kojima se svakodnevno susrećem u radu sa kupcima su nešto što nisam imao u prethodnom poslovnom iskustvu i to je ono što čini da se čovek na kraju dana oseća sjajno. 

Mogućnosti za usavršavanjem i briga za zaposlene čine rad u Schmitz-u divnim iskustvom i to predstavlja ujedno i jednu od najboljih stvari do sada. 

I love the culture of Schmitz Cargobull where people share the same vision and are dedicated to the same goals. Collaborative and supportive team around me contributes to achieving the companies mission much easier. Team that appreciates the work and challenges I face revolving around serving the customers I have not found working at previous companies and that makes you feel great when the workday is over! 

Learning opportunities and care to help their employees makes working at Schmitz such an enjoyable experience and have been one of the biggest highlight so far.
